Your vs. you're - which one is it?
Help students learn the difference between when to use the homophones "your" and "you're" in their writing.
This download includes:
*Lesson plan that introduces the concept and gives step-by-step instructions
*3 practice worksheets (one football themed and two general)
*2 ”Your vs. You’re” posters to hang in your classroom
*Monitoring sheet to keep track of which students need more practice, etc.
This lesson can be done with the whole class or you can give one of the sheets as a pre-test to see which students need more work on this skill.
Great lesson for a substitute teacher.
