This resource can be used for individual, group, or classroom sessions in alignment with the ZONES of Regulation Curriculum. This allows to student to reflect on the various emotions they feel and different situations that lead to those emotions. This can also be used in alignment with the Check In/ Check Out (CICO) program for those students who are familiar with the ZONES curriculum.
