This product uses the zones of regulation and emojis to "check in" at the beginning of the day and "check out" at the end of the day. I've also included 7 activities for each zone of regulation to "regulate" and get your students days off to a great start! I've included pictures of how I am using this in my classroom.
1. Put your "I'm feeling..." zigzag on the zone you're feeling.
2. Pick a stick from the right zone and do the activity for 5 minutes.
