How to use:
This product is great for self-regulation and integrating the . Students use this tool throughout the day to check-in with how they are feeling. Students can move their clothespin to the zone that best represents their emotions; Green-Ready to go/feeling good/happy
Yellow- Feeling silly/distracted/frustrated
Blue- Feeling sad/sick/tired/board
Red- Feeling angry/rage/scared
This product can be printed as is or it can be printed and laminated for longer lasting use. Two options are available in this product, colour or black and white. If using the black and white version have students colour in their own Zones of Regulation card as part of a self-regulation lesson.
