Description
If your district allows you to use Zoom as a tool to deliver instruction or have virtual interactions with your students, but you are not sure of what settings you need to have in place to ensure the safety of your meetings? Then, this resource will help!
It is categorized into three sections:
- Settings to turn ON before meetings
- Settings to turn OFF before meetings
- Settings to turn ON/OFF during meetings
By following the guide, you will have the highest level of security by preventing other people from "Zoom-bombing" your meeting and greatly minimizing your chances of inappropriate behaviors. This guide is current as of April, 2020, so the current version of Zoom might be slightly different than what you see in the guide.
