If you look at the thumbnails, you can see the difference in the 2 sets
I am putting my two options for this activity in 1 set. I love giving a bargain!
This activity is easy, multi-functional, fun, social!
I am trying to have the students differentiate between BAGS adjectives and adj. that go after the noun.
I used animals - easy to draw!
I added a "how to use this activity" page
words used- un manchot, un chien, un chat, une vache, une souris, un lion, une poule, un poisson, une giraffe, un cardinal, un singe.
First, I created the pics on my own with my Painter 12 program.
There are 14 sets of pics/word cards and 1 "monster card"
I included a "cover card" if you want to have double sided so students have a harder time seeing through the cards
I have now 2 versions (from my student feedback)
version 1 - easier - large pics, small pic on the right to help with identification
version 2 - monster side card, smaller print, question added "As-tu.?
answer added "Oui, j'ai..."
pic on the word side taken out
How I use it:
1. identification, 3 players - "slap happy game" (students put pics down on table, 1 student calls out the translation, 2 students try to find the card first)
2. match up the pairs
3. "go fish"
4. "old maid" (I call it "old monster)
You may have other ways to use this. If so, can you let me know? Enjoy!
