This 7 page workbook takes learners through different aspects of kitchen utensils and equipment used in food technology lessons and in real life kitchen situations, i.e. pots and pans, utensils for dishing out etc… This is an ideal resource for learners to complete in class or as revision, homework or substitution work.
Tasks include matching, discussing and explaining u, discussing uses of items and skills learned. A recipe task where learners have to extract the ingredients, list the equipment needed and think about the skills applied. The final task is a research task which requires learners to think about the practical application of what they have learned in this workbook.
