This document is used when I conference with my students about their i-Ready data.
I find that students put forth more effort when they are aware of their progress and are have ownership of the data.
I keep one of these for each student in my data binder, and every time they complete an i-Ready assessment, we conference over the results.
I use this for the overall scale score, but they may also be used for domains, percentiles, etc.
Depending on age/maturity, I have students calculate points gained/lost between each assessment, and then we discuss strategies for improvement.
