Do you want students to be more responsible and self monitor themselves? Do you have them check off each time they talk out , or get out of seat? If so, you may be reinforcing that negative behavior and not realizing it. This chart will fix this! This is a mini version of another larger goal tracking sheet. This is meant to be printed double sided. Each week the student selects a goal from the back menu (Pecs are from Boardmaker). Sometimes I select it for them. Then you attach the front of the chart to their desk, each time they perform the goal you give them a check. This is a reverse of the old fashioned way of monitoring behaviors which unintentionally reinforces negative behaviors. Makes sense to me!
It works! Try these! Affordable and easy to manage and individualize.
Rewards can be given after one row of checks, 2 rows or the entire card. Let me know if you want different goals- also has blank spots for goals.
