PRES. PERFECT TENSE
HW video notes : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U0BlkcgWG1g&feature=youtube_gdata
Skeletal Notes (perfect tense) -not filled in : (we filled in in groups in class) Any students who do not have notes from homework can get help from other students in group. (There is also a page here with the notes filled in for special situations)

Back of notes sheet: At another time or another day, teacher can read aloud 5-10 sentences in the preterite past tense as a dictation and have students write the sentences and then rewrite them in the present perfect tense (or convert the sentences directly to the perfect if they are able.)

Class activity (interview)
Help students form their questions for interview, (they can write them down in groups) and teacher should walk around and approach each student’s question to see if the questions have been formed properly.

Each student later writes a letter about their findings on the back of the interview sheet
NEXT DAY: FUN! Class wrote confessions on a small scrap paper in the present perfect tense (Una vez he robado...) All were (de forma anónima) mixed up in a bag and then students ran up to front of room in pairs to select at random and read out loud a confession from the bag. So you select a paper and say..."alguien dijo, "una vez yo he..."
This can demonstrate how the perfect tense is used more in Spanish than in English (esp. in Spain) for everyday narration. ...."He comido una ensalada hoy."
