Eight picture (photo) Bingo cards plus 24 corresponding picture vocabulary cars to use with the book “The Very Hungry Caterpillar.” I originally created this game set as an English lesson for my ESL / ELL learners, but it’s great for preschool, kindergarten, speech therapy, fun at home, children’s parties and many more places. The game options are endless with this set. Play Bingo, Go Fish, Charades and many more game. Encourages matching and memory skills, builds vocabulary, and supports the development of personal and social skills in little learners. How to play:

Print and cut out the vocabulary cards and put them in a bowl or container that you can’t see through. Provide some chips for each child. These can be small stones, beans, buttons, fruit snacks, or candy. Print and pass out the bingo cards, one per child. Designate a drawer, this person must now the words or be able to read them. As they draw a word from the bowl they say it and the players cover that picture with the chip. The first person to make a horizontal, diagonal OR vertical line gets a BINGO. They should shout out “BINGO” and collect a small prize (sticker, high-five, candy, balloon, etc.).
