Product Description
Students will write the vocabulary word. Then they can look up or write the definition, or their own definition (place for both). Then they can draw a picture of the word. The students can write the word in a sentence.
I start of using this in my guided reading groups when we have a tricky word. Once the students are used to the format I may do a few whole class. Then I allow the children to use them as needed when they get to a tricky word in their independent reading books.
