This is a graphic organizer/foldable in the shape of a t-table. The student quickly puts the foldable together with a few cuts and folds, then they cut out the 8 items (domain, range, independent variable, dependent variable, input, output and locations on the graph paper) and glue into foldable under the correct variable, x or y.
If your students have trouble remembering between the x variable and the y variable (and the associated vocabulary and concepts), then this is the foldable for you. Directions and photos of finished foldable included (can be used as a key as well). 4 pages.
