TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been an elementary and middle school teacher for 21 years in Southern California. I just recently moved to Sarasota, Florida and am having fun with creating new lessons in my 7th grade language arts class! I have taught middle school social studies, language arts, computers, and reading workshop.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I consider myself a creative teacher who tries to present material in a different way to capture the interest of the students. I often create my own materials just for this purpose and try to develop lessons that are graphically interesting.
