I have taught for 19 years in the same County. I am dual certified in birth-3rd special education and early childhood general education. I've taught kindergarten, second, and third grade. My niche is definitely 2nd-3rd graders!
I believe students flourish in a structured environment. I set my expectations high and help support all students to do their best to achieve their goals. Once the students know the routine and daily expectations, all that's left to do is to LEARN and have FUN! I strive to make each day jam-packed with fun learning experiences.
