I have been teaching 4th grade for 7 years now. Before that I taught middle school math for 4 years. I also taught basic skills and a year in 2nd grade. My passion is mathematics.
I believe in using a math workshop model. Each day I teach a mini lesson and then my students complete tasks in stations. By doing this I have the opportunity to constantly spiral my curriculum, which is a wonderful reinforcement for the children.

I graduated college with a double major in Elementary Education and Sociology. My masters is in teaching mathematics.
I am very busy raising 3 wonderful wild children. I am trying out tpt to share some of my successful stations with others. Most of my task cards use QR scans. I think this is a great way for children to check their work.
