TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have experience working with students with disabilities including, but not limited to, ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and EBD (Emotional Behavioral Disorder) grades K-4. I now work in a general education classroom and teach 2nd grade.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love to make learning fun and am a firm believer in hands-on learning. I feel that students accomplish more when they have a say in their own learning experience. I like to provide students with opportunities to create things and play games because it not only helps them develop academic skills, but also the social skills that they need to be successful.
