TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught middle school for the past nine years. I taught seventh and eighth grade in an inner-city school before moving to sixth grade in a rural district. Sixth graders are fun, but I have a special place in my heart for seventh graders!

MY TEACHING STYLE

My top teaching priority is to provide my students with a safe place to share. I have high expectations for behavior and classwork. Mixing class discussion with student activities and laboratory experiments presents the content in a variety of ways.
