I have been teaching for four years now at a Title one school with a high population of English Language Learners (ELLs). I am currently working as the Grade chair of my grade level. Being in a leadership position has allowed me the opportunity to create our instructional pacing guide for the year and our common assessments.
Let's find a way to bring back the enjoyment in learning! Through my own resource creations, my goal is to get every child reading on or above grade level!! In order to do so, we must believe and instill a sense of pride in our students' learning development. Together, we can find a kinder way of learning! Project based learning is another key element in getting my students to engage in a deeper level of understanding. I want to create projects where we can incorporate multiple content areas and build students' confidence in public speaking. I hope you take away some powerful resources from my page! Thank you in advance for your support in helping all of our students achieve their personal best.
