TEACHING EXPERIENCE

10 years teaching, 8 of those years spent teaching students with language learning differences. About half of my experience has been split between working with first/second graders and fourth/fifth graders. After developing many curricular items for my own school, I decided I would slowly begin to share my work and hopefully help others to be successful!

MY TEACHING STYLE

Flexible but structured. Hands on. Passionate, enthusiastic. Creative, play-based. Move to learn. Teaching students: Understanding self. Who are you as a learner? Advocate for yourself. Ask for what you need.
