TEACHING EXPERIENCE

15+ years teaching as an elementary special education teacher in a suburban school district outside of Buffalo, NY. I have taught in the self-contained, consultant and resource room settings throughout my career.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Using research-based strategies, I typically teach using explicit and sytematic instruction. I have read and continue to read a great deal of the research from Louisa Moats, Mary Damer, &FCRR.
