Hi there! My name is Ana and I am a bilingual teacher and educational resources creator. Teaching is my thing! For almost 20 years, I’ve taught English and Spanish as Second/Foreign Languages to young learners and I am always studying and working to improve myself as a teacher..
Even though I focused on young learners I have experience teaching students of all ages and backgrounds, from complete beginners to advanced students.
I am really focused on building as much confidence with my students as I can.I've seen a number of my students getting frustrated during classes and I want to ensure them that learning a second language can be fun;

Whether you agree with me or not, let me quickly lay out my overall philosophy about language learning and teaching. ~Anyone can learn and acquire a language. ~I believe in Krashen’s Theories. We acquire language by what we understand, like in our first language. We learn language through focused study and engagement. Combine these two concepts, and make fast progress. The activities are designed to be fun, but help learners develop skills fast. ~Routines and structure can help you work more efficiently, but it's important to break them up and try new things to keep your mind active and stave off boredom. If you have any questions about my lessons, please ask me – I’d be happy to answer!~ Ana
