TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I currently teach 4th grade Math and Science and have taught that subject area for two years. I have experience in early childhood education, and have taught religious classes for 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 9th. I have been around children my whole life and have done many camps and community service activities with kids! :)

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love teaching my students to have FUN while learning! After being in my class I hope that all my students gain a love for learning. They are truly the reason why I wake up every morning and do what I do. My students are my motivation to continue to work hard and put in my all! I try and build a relationship with each and every child and get to know them on a more personal level! :)

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

I have been nominated for Teacher of the Year award for 2 years. I have received the highest honor in Girl Scouts-the Gold Award.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I did my Bachelors at the University of Texas at San Antonio in Interdisciplinary Studies and am Texas certified in Early Childhood Education through 6th grade. I recently just finished my Masters in Early Childhood Education!
