I taught in the classroom for over 13 years. I taught elementary ed, and special ed in a variety of settings and grade levels including elementary, middle and high school. I also taught adults at Temple University for 9 years in the ACES program (Augmentative Communication and Empowerment Seminar).
I believe in differentiated learning. I also believe that all students no matter what their challenges can learn.
I have spoken internationally at the following conferences: CSUN, ATIA, ISAAC and Closing the Gap. I have also participated in the Learning Playgrounds at the ISTE conference.
B.S in Elementary Ed and Special Ed. M.Ed in Special Ed with certificates in Infant Intervention and Assistive Technology.
I am married with two wonderful boys. I am currently the Director of Implementation Resources for the Prentke Romich Company where I develop content for the AAC Language Lab (www.aaclanguagelab.com)
