TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I taught in the classroom for over 13 years. I taught elementary ed, and special ed in a variety of settings and grade levels including elementary, middle and high school. I also taught adults at Temple University for 9 years in the ACES program (Augmentative Communication and Empowerment Seminar).

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe in differentiated learning. I also believe that all students no matter what their challenges can learn.

I have spoken internationally at the following conferences: CSUN, ATIA, ISAAC and Closing the Gap. I have also participated in the Learning Playgrounds at the ISTE conference.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

B.S in Elementary Ed and Special Ed. M.Ed in Special Ed with certificates in Infant Intervention and Assistive Technology.
