TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching middle and high school math for over 15 years. I have also been tutoring all leveles of math from 1st grade through PreCalculus for over 25 years. I presently teach Algebra to ESL students in a sheltered environment.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I feel that the teacher should act as a faciliator in the classroom. I teach the students the material for about 25% of the time. The rest of the time is for students to practice while I walk around the room helping them. I enjoy using games, activities, and technology to help students learn.
