Strengths-based. I love everything about learning & teaching. Topics related to education excite me! I believe my greatest strength is how much I enjoy working with people of all backgrounds, abilities and ages. I love bringing out the best in people and helping them discover their own personal learning styles and strengths. I try diligently to be upbeat, inspirational, and positive in all that I do! Encouraging individuals to not give up is what I like best!
