Match the crayon colors! This is a great activity for students to do at a center. You can make each child their own individual copy in color OR you can laminate it and put Velcro dots on it! Either way it's a great matching and color activity.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

This is my fifth year of teaching, although I have been in the same school for 7 years. I started as a permanent sub, then became an assistant in a special education classroom, and finally realized my calling-- to be a teacher! I have been teaching in a functional life skills classroom since then and love it (most days ;))

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am a fly by the seat of my pants kind of girl! I always have been and that heavily influences my teaching style. Fortunately, I am able to be more like that in a classroom such as mine, than I would be in the general education population. I cannot plan my days, as some teachers do, because what I can get out of my student's on a daily basis heavily depends on their moods!
