This is a simple yet fun activity to do when learning to make multiplication and division word problems. My kids loved it, and it helped them tie the concepts together. All you need is some ribbon or string, glue or tape, and the activity sheets.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I student taught in a 1st grade classroom. I then spent three years teaching 3rd grade. Currently I am teaching middle school engineering and robotics.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe in projects! There are so many assessments I already have to give my students that I have sworn I will avoid worksheets when I can and do projects or foldables instead. I want to try and engage my students in learning in a way this particular class will enjoy, and not always be throwing worksheets at them.
