This assessment/tracking form focuses on counting and number ID for the numbers 0-30. Track students counting from 0-30. Then use the flashcards to have students name the numbers 0-30. Use the number line to have students identify a number.
Use these question cards to work on the basic yes/no concept and vocabulary. We put the yes/no labels into bins and then sort the picture cards accordingly. You could also use the yes/no cards to make a sorting mat.
