This is my fifth year teaching in the primary grades. I have taught both first and second grade. I have worked with various learners.
I believe students should be engaged and inquisitive in the learning environment. I am all about hands-on activities that promote movement and discussion. Students learn from us, but also from one another. Collaboration is a key factor in my classroom. We work and learn as a family. Every person is treated with respect and all ideas are considered. I am very flexible and always willing to try new strategies!

I originally attended Wesley College in Dover, Delaware to receive my degree in Elementary Education. I attended Wesley for 3 years and then transferred to Towson University. At Towson, I received my bachelors in early childhood education. My master studies in literacy were completed with Loyola University Maryland in July 2017.
In addition to teaching, I love shopping, traveling, and food!
