TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am in my 24thyear of teaching; 4 years in public school, and now my 20th in an amazing independent (private) school that I love! I teach using the Orff Approach and have a Master's Level Certification in Orff Schulwerk and a Master's Degree in Music Education. I love to incorporate children's books and really enjoy writing music to use in the classroom. I blog at http://ofortunaorff.blogspot.com and have two published books available at www.singsmileplay.com and several more in the works. I present music teacher workshops at national, state, and local conferences and workshops and am always excited to share music with colleagues and friends.
