This is my second year teaching and I am in love with this job! I taught third grade, and now I'm venturing in to second grade.
I really love to just have fun! We use a lot of drawing and dancing to try and learn. I try my hardest to let me students discover their content, and not spoon feed them what they need to know! I prefer games and activities than lecturing and note taking.
I was selected to present at the Kentucky Council for the Social Studies Conference in 2013 alongside university professors.
Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education through Western Kentucky University (2014). I plan to pursue a masters degree that will lead me to administration work in the future.
A newlywed learning the ropes of life, and thanking God for the opportunity to work with wonderful children.
