I have worked for 6 years in the world of ESL (English as a Second Language). I have been a classroom teacher, support staff and most recently an ESL Instruction and Curriculum Coach. I have a masters in Education Administration and Director of Curriculum. Finding the right resources and supports so that ALL children can find success is my goal.
My teaching style changes year to year based on the needs of my students. I believe that developing strong oracy skills is the foundation to being a successful reader and writer and therefore have always integrated in interactive supports and activities in all content areas. I believe that all children can regardless of language or background can find success and take great pride in finding what my students need.
