I trusted my instincts and went into teaching and truly love what I do! I have 24 years experience teaching middle grades; my first 12 years of teaching were spent teaching students with disabilities, and the most recent 12 years I have spent teaching regular education. In addition to my classroom experience, I have16 years of experience working with high school recovery programs that target struggling high schoolers who need to pass reading and writing state assessments. Outside of the classroom, I have 10+ years of experience with SAT test prep and 2 years experience with ACT test prep.
Multi-modal approach with graphics and color using a foundation of traditional teaching methods infused with as much technology as possible.
