TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Throughout my college career, I was a substitute teacher for grades Prek-12. After graduating college with a degree in Elementary Education and Special Education, I worked as a SPED Paraprofessional in a kindergarten class. After that, I spent one year in a 6th grade special education classroom. Then, I covered a kindergarten maternity leave in kindergarten. Currently, I am in a second grade special education classroom.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I try to teach with as many hands on ways as possible. I also think it is really important to focus on the positive behavior, and show praise as often as possible. I truly believe every child can learn, it is my job to figure out how to help them.
