TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I taught 2nd grade for a year and am in my 8th year as a Kindergarten teacher.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I like to have fun when I teach. Anytime I can make learning into a game, or a song, or a silly saying and movement-I'm there! I also like to take advantage of teachable moments to extend my students knowledge. I like kids to learn through experience, and anytime that experience can come in an authentic way I think the students are much more engaged and invested in their education.
