I have worked for over two years as a licensed Speech and Language Pathologist in a school and outpatient setting. I have worked with children from ages 2-22 who have a varieties of abilities and disabilities.
I use positive reinforcement in the individual and group speech sessions in order to promote children's self-confidence and to behaviorally manage the session. I believe in using visuals to support students' learning and to tailoring my lessons to fit each students' learning style and specific motivators.
