TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Though this is my first year as a lead teacher, I have worked with individuals with special needs for the last 14 years. As a high school and college student I served as a camp counselor and director for children and adults with physical and cognitive delays. I later went on to work at a private school for children on the autism spectrum which inspired me to take coursework in applied behavior analysis (ABA). I served as an ABA tech for four years. I am currently teaching middle school students with autism and related disorders.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My practice is inspired by the principles of applied behavior analysis.
