I am the Senior Data Scientist at TPT. My passion is working with data, math and programming to help make better decisions. Additionally, I teach in the Data Analytics department at CUNY School of Professional Studies in both the undergraduate and Masters programs.
My kids seem to think I am the best dad in the world, so that is good enough for me.
I grew up in the SF Bay Area and went to college at UC Berkeley where I studied Physics, Astronomy and Classics. Yes, I was a bit of nerd! After that I got my PhD in Physics from Indiana University building a particle detector designed to look for anti-matter.
I live in New Rochelle with my wife and two young daughters. As a family we all enjoy skiing and hiking and head to hills as often as we can. Aside from my allegiance to Cal sports, I am big cycling fan as well as an amateur cyclist. A personal goal is to be able to ride some of the famous routes and climbs from the Tour de France.
