TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I've taught 8th grade and 6th grade language arts, and I completed my student teaching at the 10th grade level. I've also had the opportunity to contract with my state Dept. of Ed. for several assessment workshops. I've been Write Tools trained, and I've coordinated with a Write Tools Representative to tailor state trainings to our assessment practices.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I enjoy designing materials that stimulate creativity and personal relationships. I'm a firm believer in detail and making sure students understand what is being asked of them.
