MY TEACHING STYLE

Like Rodgers, I believe that mutual trust is important between teachers and students, which allows for dialogue and open feelings to occur within the classroom. When students misbehave, I feel they are doing this for a reason and it is important to a dress the students feeling and underlying problem, not so much the misbehaviour. -The behaviour is often just an external outlet or clue, which helps teachers understand the something is wrong and needs addressing. To achieve this trust and respect within my classroom, I plan to include 'joint rights', or essential agreements in the classroom, which will have been decided by the whole class.
