TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Making math engaging for students is my passion! I have experience teaching math to 4th graders all the way up to 8th graders. Middle school math is my favorite! In addition to teaching math, I have also taught reading, social studies, spelling, and religion.

MY TEACHING STYLE

In everything I teach I do my best to not only engage my students but to connect lessons to every day life. Once students see the connection between math and the real world, everything changes! I also am a big believer in cooperative learning in the math classroom. Students need to learn how to communicate with their peers and question one another's thinking.
