Since every student is a unique person, I treat them that way as I work to help them reach their maximum potential in learning. I do this by teaching the students, not the subjects in my classroom. I challenge each student to do their best but, still be able to succeed. Their learning goes beyond just being literate; students need to develop their communication skills and critical thinking while fostering their creativity and curiosity about learning. I help them to achieve this along with their personal goals for learning.
