TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Hi I'm Annie. I'm an ASHA certified speech-language pathologist. I believe that continued research, collaboration and creativity are the key to success with my clients. My specialty is pediatric speech and language therapy with clients from 3-12 years old. I love being an SLP!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am a speech language pathologist that works in the schools. I love helping kids improve their ability to communicate through fun and naturally motivating activities. I am a firm believer in using well designed data sheets to track progress and make appropriate notes to guide the direction of therapy services. I am constantly creating new data sheets and trackers to help me design the most effective treatment programs for my students/clients.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

My blog slplearningcurve.blogspot.com was recently included on the American Speech and Hearing Association's list of best speech/language therapy blogs.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

*Master's of Science Degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Utah *Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology from Brigham Young Univeristy

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I never knew I could love an occupation as much as I love being a speech language pathologist. An SLP will never get bored. Always a new challenge, always creating, always having fun!
