This foldable is meant to be printed on one page (two-sided). Fold on the dotted lines, cut on the sold black lines. It helps students to see the area is inside (and in square units), while the perimeter is the distance around the outside.
This file just needs to be printed two-sided. Stagger the pages where you can only see the 1/4, 1/2, and one whole, then fold on the dotted line. I staple it at the top, and had my students cut on the lines in between each fractional part.
