I am going on my third year teaching third grade at an amazing elementary school in Utah. Nothing gets me more excited than seeing that lightbulb click on when a child is learning something new. I love learning from children. I have also taught piano and violin (private and group) lessons to children for five years.

I even asked for an overhead projector for Christmas that year to play school on - I was elated to have one to use on my sisters and their friends every day after school.
I love to read, cook, decorate cakes, do yoga, perform music, and work with Make-A-Wish Foundation, Pearls with Purpose, and Barbara Barrington Jones Family Foundation. I believe that dancing in the kitchen and singing in the car is the cure all to a smile.
