I have taught in the public school system for 19 years in grades 1-5. I also taught language arts for grades 6-8 in private school for a year.
I am a facilitator. It is my job to define learning expectations to my students then give them the tools they need to succeed.
The greatest honors I receive are the thank you's from my students. There is nothing more special than finding a note on my desk from one of my kiddos.
I have an associates of science degree from Tulsa Community College as well as a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Northeastern State University. In addition, I have a master's of education degree from The University of Oklahoma.
