I am a reading specialist who has taught special education, preschool, yoga and I have been an instructional coach. I have taught and designed programs and materials for homeschoolers and World Schoolers! I am an award-winning teacher!
I am a believer in research-based teaching strategies! I integrate storytelling throughout my curriculum, since research proves that it improves memory and increases academic achievement. My teaching style is based on compassion and kindness. I am infuse multiculturalism throughout the day. I have also seen profound improvements with students as I integrate inquiry learning and constructivism.

I have a Masters of English from Middlebury College, as well as a Masters in Spanish. I also have an Educational Specialist degree from Michigan, and two endorsements: one in Special Education and the other as a Reading specialist.
I have traveled around the world, and I am bilingual in Spanish and English. I also teach French.
