I am a reading specialist who has taught K through 5th grade, special education, preschool, and yoga. I instruct staff development and have been an instructional coach. I teach and design programs and materials for homeschoolers and World Schoolers. I am an award-winning teacher!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe research-based teaching strategies can transform teaching. I integrate storytelling throughout my curriculum, since research proves that it improves memory and increases academic achievement. My teaching style is based on compassion, mindfulness and kindness. I infuse multiculturalism and mindfulness throughout the day.
