I have been homeschooling my three kids for the past six year and have been sharing resources for raising outdoor loving kids on my blog Backwoods Mama since 2008.

I believe in the importance of nature and the outdoors in child education. I also value child-led learning and using nature and the outdoors to provide a more balanced and holistic approach to child education.
