I am originally from Long Island, NY where I earned my B.A. at St. Joseph's college with a degree in Child Study and minor in Psychology. Throughout college I worked as an individual aide and teacher assistant in a school for children with autism ranging from K-6th grade and on various levels of the autism spectrum. I moved to Virginia upon graduating and obtained a job at school where I was the elementary autism teacher for my county. I currently work as a developmental educator and support children with a variety of special needs ages 3 and under. It has been a knew challenge, but I love the little ones I get to work with! I have been very blessed to work and connect with a variety of students with special needs and love working with this population of exceptional children.
